Legal Agreement:
By using the Platform, you enter into a contract with MTANDAO® AFRIKA. Use is restricted to adults (18+) and legal corporate entities.
Facilitator Role:
MTANDAO® operates a matching infrastructure. We never take possession of products. Commercial terms (price, taxes, warranties) are agreed upon directly between the Buyer and the Merchant.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for Merchant breach of contract, food quality (Gourmet), stock availability, or Merchant order errors. Images are for representation only.
Account Security:
Profile creation requires accurate data. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
